Our technology practices are supported by 4 cornerstones:

Digital Citizenship

  • Students take part in the digital citizenship training with Common Sense Media content, and learn how to use technology safely and responsibly, grades 1-12
  • Parents participate in digital citizenship workshops through the Connecting Families Program

Innovation

  • Technology nourishes innovation
  • Chapel fosters the use of technology  by giving students access to computer programming, professional design software, 3d printing, electronics kits, and more

Real life application

  • Students learn how to use the creative industry’s most used programs software which they will apply in college and in their professional lives. Some of these are Adobe Creative SuitePhotoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
  • Students interested in game design can use the Unreal Engine for video game creation

21st century skills

  • Students use technology to apply the 4 C’s of 21st century skills: Critical thinking, Communication, Collaboration and Creativity on a daily basis
